A crowd of protesters gathered again on Lenin square on July 12. People were standing near the government building of the Khabarovsk territory. The protesters demanded an open trial of Governor Furgal.
Between one and three thousand people took part in the protests, which lasted from 21:00 local time. They gathered in the Central square of the city, and then moved to Komsomolskaya square along the roadway, chanting slogans, including " Freedom!» and "I/we Furgal". Law enforcement officers did not interfere with the action, there is no information about detentions.

Furgal is suspected of organizing murders and attempted murders of businessmen in the Khabarovsk territory and the Amur region in 2004-2005, he was detained and brought to Moscow on July 9. The Governor is arrested until September 9.
