Bridge in India collapses days before its inauguration due to heavy rain and rising water levels
A newly-built bridge in India's Bihar was washed away due to heavy rain, days before its inauguration.
According to reports, rising levels of the Kankai river caused the bridge to collapse.
Footage, filmed on September 18 in Kishanganj, shows the bridge partly under water.
