This is the bizarre moment a helpless cow was found with its head stuck between two trees in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand.

A passing farmer was walking around the farm when he saw his favourite cattle, Nang-Ngam, which means Beauty queen in the local language, scratching its head over the trees.

The farmer, Neung, tried to pull the cow to safety and even cut down the trees but without success.

The cattleman ended up calling over his brother to assist in rescuing his favourite cattle.

Neung said: "She's one of my favorite. She's a contest cow too, you know. Out of all the places she could have scratched, she really had to stick her head there."

Neung and his brother eventually managed to rescue the cow safely.
