A vendor was captured separating the meat from the bones while blindfolded.

In the video, filmed in the city of Mianyang in Sichuan Province on March 4, a man with his eyes covered using a knife to remove the bones from an around 100-kilogram piece of pork.

According to the filmer, the man named Li Zetian is very familiar with cutting pork so he wanted to try to separate bones from the meat with his eyes covered.

It took Li around four minutes to finish it which doubled the time as that his eyes were open.

小伙称，干这行时间久了，熟能生巧，他感觉对刀路已经足够熟悉了，就想闭着眼睛试一下，一口气剔完半扇猪肉大概用时两分来钟，如果在不蒙眼睛的情况下，半扇猪肉，他最快用时一分钟能把骨头剔好。
