Wild elephants have found a way to quench their thirst by drinking from a man made dam

We came across these two elephants that were thirsty and made a plan to get water by drinking from a man made water dam. The elephants were just tall enough to reach over the wall of the dam with their trunks. The trunks of the elephants came in handy by slurping up the water and squirting it into their mouths. They quenched their thirst and then moved on into the bush again. This was in the Kruger National Park of South Africa. Elephants drink up to 190 liters (50 gallons) of water a day.
