Chinese pedestrians rescue pupil after he gets an electric shock and falls into floodwater
4月26日下午约6时许，受短时强降雨影响，海口多地积水严重，海南白驹学校一名男学生在振发横路距校门约50米处，面部朝下倒在积水中，不省人事。
“可能是触电了！”周围市民这名男学生倒下的位置在一个路灯杆处，一位市民及时用长柄雨伞勾住孩子书包将其拖到旁边浅水区，正巧路过的退休医生周家雄立刻上前对孩子进行心肺复苏和人工呼吸。施救过程中，不少热心市民还设置“人墙”，叮嘱其他学生不要从这里经过。在大家的共同努力下，男孩猛烈地咳嗽了两声，睁开了眼睛，大家的心才放了下来。随后，男孩被赶来的救护车送往医院。目前，该学生生命体征平稳，无生命危险。
事发后，属地政府第一时间组织市政、供电等部门专业技术人员对现场及周边进行安全隐患排查。初步判定，因突降暴雨，短时积水过大，市政路灯杆导线因积水浸泡漏电。相关部门已经及时进行维修，同时举一反三，对类似情况进行全面排查，消除隐患，防止类似情况再次发生。（视频由海南台提供）
