A thrill-seeking tourist has been filmed being SICK - while paragliding.
The woman is seen losing her lunch in mid-air in footage shot by paragliding instructor Joe Voador.
They were over the skies of São Conrado Beach, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil when she threw up.
Joe's passenger Tamiris, a local woman from Rio, is taking in the incredible views as Joe films them with his selfie stick.
Although the average flight time is 8 minutes Joe and Tamiris had been in the air for a total of 48 minutes over multiple flights which began to prove too much.
Suddenly the passenger begins to feel a little queasy and moves her head to the side before throwing up.
Although initially not looking best pleased Joe was eventually able to see the funny side upon reviewing the footage and uploading to social media.
Joe said: "I am a Paragliding instructor here in Rio de Janeiro people call me to go flying and I include photos and videos of the flight in my package.
"The usual flight time is eight minutes but on this occasion we flew for 48 minutes total after which my passenger threw up.
"It wasn't a great feeling I felt sick too. I was worried she didn't like the flight but she told me she did she just flew too many times.
"When I got home and watched the video back I thought it was funny. My face and the situation It's very funny.
