Hurricane Ida hit the east coast of the United States on Sunday morning. Forecasters have already called it the most powerful hurricane in at least 16 years and compared it with the deadly Katrina, the hurricane that caused floods in New Orleans in 2005 and killed almost 2,000 people.
At the moment, Ida continues to weaken slowly with sustained winds of 95 miles (152 kilometers) per hour, which is a Category 1 hurricane.
In a video taken in the afternoon of August 30, a man who was cleaning the street from destruction filmed a neighbor's car. "My poor neighbor parked his car under the wrong pole," comments video author Bruce Reilly
