This 72-year-old man living in southwest China is now a pole dancing pro after practising for seven years.

The video filmed in the city of Guiyang in Guizhou Province on July 9 shows an elderly man named Zhang Xida showing off some of his impressive moves.

Zhang was a Latin dancer for several years but he gave it up at the age of 65 as he was attracted by pole dancing.

Zhang practises pole dancing for over six hours each day and he can perform many difficult moves now. His cervical spondylosis and frozen shoulder were cured after practising pole dancing.

Zhang said his family supports him so he will keep dancing until he cannot anymore.

俗话说“人生70古来稀”，在贵阳市云岩区，有这样一位老人，72岁了，依然能生龙活虎地跳钢管舞，一些高难度动作，令人咋舌，觉得怎么看，这动作都像一个20岁的小伙。
“我65岁学钢管舞，今年72岁了，依然在坚持。生命在于运动，加油！”随着音乐响起，一位披着一头黑色卷发，身着运动背心、短裤的老人，开始绕着钢管起舞——旋转爬杆、单腿挂、一字马、倒立控……一细节动作，干净利落。
“72岁，跳出了27岁的身材。”被大家夸年轻的老人名叫“张细达”，家住贵阳市云岩区红岩东郡。
记者见到他时，72岁的他，看起来十分精干，眼神清澈，脸上看不到一丝老年斑，实在不敢想象，这是个古稀老人。
张老说，2005年，他从贵阳退休后，曾去成都女儿那里生活了10余年。65岁那年，他被钢管舞的魅力所吸引，毅然放弃了已经跳了多年的拉丁舞，报名参加了钢管舞的学习班，自此就没停过。
“刚开始练的时候，很难，天天都要爬钢管、压韧带，但练着练着，就不难了。”张老说，这么些年来，因为跳钢管舞的缘故，他几乎连感冒都没得过。
　“一个人到了四五十岁的年纪，身体便会慢慢地衰退，老了，更会多病。这时候，更需要加强运动锻炼，特别是适度地拉拉韧带，对身体十分有益。钢管舞，锻炼全身肌肉，不仅能减脂，还强化了脏器，让我看起来年轻得多。”张老说。
没任何基础下，他65岁开始练钢管舞，每天练习超6小时，现在钢管上很多高难动作他都能做出来。跳钢管舞7年多来，张大爷以前的颈椎病肩周炎等多种病都好了，他说有家人的支持，会一直跳下去，直到跳不动为止。（视频由贵阳台提供 ）
