Navaratri is a festival that is celebrated 9 days in India. During that festival the Goddess will be worshipped for prosperity and well being. Like wise the goddess of Srirangam graced her blessings to the people on this festival.
Temple elephants Lakshmi and Aandal visited the temple and worshipped the Goddess by shaking it's heads. It also played mouth organ and wagged the hand fans for the goddess.
