RECKLESS DRIVING: Moped rider loses control after hitting a speed bump and crashes (Dashcam Video)
While this moped rider was leaving this car park in Xinzhuang District, they checked if it was clear for traffic before turning left to continue down the hill. After turning left, the rider noticed that there was a speed bump ahead. This resulted in the rider holding their brakes to rapidly slow down in a short amount of time, but it wasn’t enough time to brake. This led to the rider losing control of the moped and crashing into the side of the pavement. The rider almost collided with a pedestrian, but luckily the person moved out of the way and avoided a potential serious injury.
