A Japanese-style cafe in Thailand makes hot pressed crackers with different kinds of filling.

Bangkok-based cafe Teyaki sells coffee, cakes, croissants, and a unique Japanese snack, Senbei crackers.

The crackers can be made with various fillings such as shrimp, pork, crab, and octopus.

Video shows an employee cooking Tako Senbei or octopus crackers, which have a sweet and salty flavour. He pours the batter made of three different kinds of rice flour then carefully lays down the octopus in the middle before pressing to cook it in the Senbei machine, which flatten both the meat and the batter.

Once the cracker is cooked, a sweet-savory sauce is brushed onto it. It is then served with a small hammer to break it into tiny chunks.

The Tako Senbei costs between 145-185 THB, depending on its size. Teyaki cafe opens from 9 AM to 6 PM from Tuesday to Sunday.
