ACCIDENT / FAIL: Careless moped rider skips red light causing a serious accident (Dashcam Video)
The car and moped at the junction ahead are waiting to turn left. As the light changes, they edge forwards but an oncoming bike gets a bit too close and collides with the moped. The car could have been obscuring the view of the rider, hiding the fact that the moped was there but either way, there was plenty of room to avoid this accident.
