RECKLESS DRIVING: Driver risks skipping through a red light and cuts off a moped (Dashcam Video)
A very close call in Yongkang District. A reckless driver got very impatient and thought it would be a good idea to skip through a red light. As a result, the moped riders that were continuing through the traffic lights yelled and beeped at the driver. If the moped rider wasn’t paying attention, they could have been knocked off and got seriously injured.
