This adorable Pomeranian was spotted sitting on a flamingo floatie at a beach in the Philippines.

The fluffy pooch named Rocket enjoyed the scenic view as it floated along the shores of Maniwaya Island, Marinduque province on April 16. He wore a bright pink rash guard to match the colour of the inflatable flamingo he was riding.

Pet owner Sheika Taladro said: 'I'm quite happy because it was our first time to travel a long distance from home together. Rocket was very patient during the trip, and a lot of people gushed over how cute he looked.

'I thought he would jump from the inflatable, but it looked like he enjoyed the experience. He was like a baby, even wearing a rash guard for protection.'
