从昨天晚上开始，绍兴上虞下管镇的风雨就大起来，直到今天中午，下管、汤浦等多个乡镇都发生了内涝灾害，其中下管镇是最为严重的。镇中心老街的积水已经到了成人大腿的位置，最深的地方能淹到成人的胸口。
强台风“灿鸿”给绍兴上虞区的部分地区带来最高257.3毫米的强降雨，下管镇全镇被淹，一片泽国。内涝发生后，各方救援力量出动冲锋舟、皮划艇等涉水进入内涝区转移了2000多名群众。
