Video captured the moment of Terrifying flash floods flooding the village, sweeping away dozens of houses and destroying roads in Nghe An, Vietnam.
According to the villagers, flash floods suddenly hit their village board in the morning. After the loud sounds came from the mountain, flood water poured into the village. People try to get their possessions out of the house like motorbikes, and furniture. The remaining villagers tried to use rocks to stop the flood water. However, floodwaters still poured in, forcing people to move to safety.
After 3 days the flood water started to recede. Everyone returns and is amazed to see their village destroyed. The road leading to the village was washed away. Dozens of houses were also destroyed by the floodwaters. People try to clear mud and trees to enter the village.
Continuous heavy rain has caused many areas in Vietnam to suffer from flash floods and floods. Thousands of people were affected and hundreds of hectares of rice were destroyed. Hundreds of houses were destroyed and washed away.
