Giant Gull catches a crab then flies to the beach to gobble it down

Large Pacific Gulls (Larus pacificus) are relatively uncommon around the southern coast of Australia. Pacific Gulls are well known for diving to catch prey, particularly sea snails and sea urchins, then flying up and dropping them on to a hard surface to break their shells. This immature Pacific Gull dived and caught a small crab in a seagrass bed, then flew to the beach to kill and then eat it.
