Owner of a noodle shop in the city, Bao Ngoc said: "I've been selling this item for more than 15 years, since my mother sold it and passed it on to me.

"A full bowl here costs 37,000 VND ($2) including crab meat, pork, crab cakes, and mantis shrimp. One night I can sell up to more than 100 meals,"
