This overprotective dad did a Joe Biden - and signed a deal with his four-year-old daughter keeping her from having a boyfriend until the year 2042.

Hilarious footage shows clingy father Vikneswaran Magic, 34, decked out in a sharp suit as he greeted daughter Kayshana in their home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on November 3.

Vikneswaran was all business, pulling out the document from inside his laptop and handing it over to the youngster with a pen. On their desk was a white shirt with the words 'No Boyfriend Till 2042' scrawled on it.

The amusing stunt was inspired by U.S. President Joe Biden's habit of telling young girls 'no serious guys until you are 30'.

After Kayshana signed the contract, the two hold up the shirt for the camera and do a fist bump to finalise their agreement.

Vikneswaran said: 'It's a fun contract with my daughter, saying she can't have a boyfriend till 2042.

'The hand shake and fist bump meant that she totally understood the terms and conditions of my agreement.'

He added that the skit was inspired by the contract signing of professional football players of the UEFA Champions League.
