This is the moment a villa under construction collapsed in Kuwait with no injuries caused.
Footage shows the structure crumbling in the new Al-Mutlaa City in the Jahra governorate on February 15.
Local officials later clarified that they had ordered the building demolished as it had 'exceeded the correct limits of the plot' during construction.
The house is part of the South al-Mutlaa housing project, which is envisioned to provide homes to some 400,000 people in 12 suburbs.
