Police Rescue Migrants Forced Into Prostitution By Drugs Gang In Malaga, Spain

Police in Spain have rescued 20 women who were forced into prostitution by a drugs gang in Marbella. The victims were mostly from South America and were promised well-paid jobs.
The gang forced them to have sex with clients and sell drugs while under constant surveillance. The Spanish National Police arrested 34 human trafficking suspects and seized cash, drugs, weapons, and forged documents in 14 coordinated raids.
The operation, dubbed "Muralla", began in 2021 and aimed to stop the gang's exploitation of vulnerable women. Many of the victims were from Colombia and were tricked into coming to Spain.
