Sisters, 21, and 19, shock mum by copying her teenage 'tramp stamp' tattoo
Two sisters have revealed the moment they left their mum in shock after revealing identical 'tramp stamps' — leaving TikTok users in hysterics.
Sisters, Lexi, 21, and Arin Martin, 19, came up with the idea of copying their mum's 'tramp stamp' after wanting matching tattoos for years.
Having a very close relationship with their mum, Kara, 40, they thought this would be the best way to show their love.
Sharing the moment on TikTok (@ayyylexi), viewers shared in their mum's shock, watching the clip over 3.8 million times.
“The story behind my mom's 'tramp stamp' is great, she got it on her high school graduation night in the year 2000,” Lexi, from Utah, US, told NeedToKnow.co.uk.
“She was a total 2000's 'It Girl' and I think the stereotypical 2000's 'tramp stamp' shows how iconic she was!
“For a while, we never had a good enough idea to go through with getting them.
“But then, one day, the idea just clicked to get matching tattoos inspired by my mom's 'tramp stamp'.
“My sister and I just had to recreate it!
“It was perfect."
Earlier this month, the two went ahead and paid £60 ($80) each for a tattoo of a cherry.
In the video, the sisters shared the moment they got their tattoos, getting the cherries on the middle of their lower back to match their mum’s design.
Showing off their new tattoos to their mum, she bursts into tears and covers her mouth, before also revealing her cherry 'tramp stamp' tat.
The clip was captioned: “Surprising our mom by getting the same tramp stamp she did in the 2000s” and garnered 672,300 likes as well as 1,226 comments.

“My sister and I knew we'd be getting an emotional reaction from her, she's a crier!
“We loved her reaction!
“She was smiling from ear to ear and immediately took pictures to show her friends.
“It was so fun!”
