A Japanese enterprise in Xiamen, east China's Fujian Province, has voiced confidence in China's economic outlook and continued to expand business investment in the country.

"Our company is currently stepping up the Phase V project, which is planned to start operation next year. We will invest about 500 million yuan (68.5 million U.S. dollars), and after completion, the output value will increase accordingly.
Now, about 70 percent of display devices are manufactured in China. In the future, China's market will continue to expand, so we are also optimistic about the Chinese market and opportunities. We are looking forward to playing our part in the entire development process, which is centered on the Chinese market."

Electric Glass (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of liquid crystal glass blocks.

At present, the total area of the project from Phase I to Phase V of the enterprise covers about 13 hectares, forming a complete production process closed loop from raw material melting to processing of the glass substrate.
