STORYLINE:
The "Dream Langfang - International Carnival" will be held from Sept. 16-17 and Sept. 23-24 in Langfang city, north China's Hebei Province.
The carnival, themed "Harmony and Coexistence," is hosted by the Silk Road International Arts Center in Langfang.
The event will feature 13 works created and arranged by artists from 15 countries and regions, with a total of 22 performances.
