On October 31, 2023, in Heilongjiang, a video captured a woman's timely response to a building fire she spotted across the street.

As the time was early in the morning, the woman decisively called the police after stumbling upon the fire on the rooftop of the building across the street, fearing that no one would notice. On approaching the woman realized it was a house on the street side of the ground floor of that building that was on fire.

Worried about the accuracy of her sight, she recorded the incident while alerting the authorities. The video captured several firefighters carrying out the burning gas canisters from the fire. Fortunately, thanks to her prompt action, there were no casualties caused by the fire.
