Vehicles swept along a road by raging floodwaters in San Diego, California, in footage captured on January 22.
"It started to rain like crazy within the hour the canal in front of our house started to flood and destroy everything. We were initially recording because our car was out in the front and we couldn’t move it while recording we noticed the water taking that white car," said the filmer.
