In adherence to the protocol for handling stranded marine turtles and mammals, environmental agents (AAMM) from Andalusia, in collaboration with Equinac organization, the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, and the port of Almerimar, worked collectively to reintroduce a Striped Dolphin into its natural habitat.
The dolphin had received care for three days at the port before the successful release operation.
