This is the incredible moment child dancers contorted themselves to fit on small trays.

Footage shows women and girls dressed in traditional silk costumes performing a 'Menora' dance in front of local officials in Phang Nga province on February 4.

The youngsters showed off their flexibility, impressing the audience as they twisted into human pretzels to fit on a tray.

The dance was part of cultural performances for the Phang Nga Red Cross Fair.

The Manora, sometimes called Menora, is a traditional Siamese folk dance drama that originated from southern Thailand. The performances are typically based on tales about Buddha or legendary heroes.

Menora was inscribed in UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2021.
