Clever camper uses water wheel to grill chicken
A clever camper uses a makeshift water wheel to grill chicken on the riverside.
Aivee Patosa had the ingenious idea to cook rotisserie chickens effortlessly during their camping trip at Libuangan Riverside in South Cotabato, the Philippines, on January 29.
Footage shows six marinated chickens horizontally stacked on a metal stick, rotating with the help of the water wheel being powered by the flowing water.
Aivee said: 'This is better than using electricity. It was easy to make and cooked the chicken perfectly.'
Waterwheels are often used to generate hydroelectric power. It causes the wheel to turn, converting the kinetic energy of flowing water into mechanical energy as water flows over the wheel's blades.
