the water flow uses irrigation flow. made entirely of wood. established since 1950.
   this wheel moves two things. first move the coffee grill and the second moves the pestle.
the coffee produced is fragrant and very delicate.
   now this factory only works two days a week. this is due to the reduced supply of coffee and the increasing number of coffee factories with diesel engines.
