Israeli commando forces, with guidance from the IDF and Shin Bet, conducted operations in the 'Hamed' neighborhood in Khan Yunis. According to reports, the troops have seized approximately 100 buildings, neutralized multiple members of the Hamas organization, and uncovered various weapons caches in the area.

During the operation, the fighters engaged with armed Hamas members who had taken positions in different floors of buildings. Drone footage captured one such instance where a Hamas member was eliminated by Maglan unit soldiers.

The operation in 'Hamed' was conducted with close cooperation from the Israeli Air Force, which targeted suspected Hamas sites and provided support to ground forces.

A number of Hamas members surrendered to Maglan fighters and were taken into custody for further questioning by Unit 504 of the IDF and Shin Bet. Significant amounts of weapons and explosives were also discovered during the operation. Authorities continue to investigate the situation in the area.
