On April 6th, in Chongqing, southern China, a young boy found himself in a peculiar predicament after playfully placing a U-shaped lock around his neck during a game with friends. However, to his dismay, the key to unlock the padlock had gone missing, leaving him trapped. Seeking assistance, the boy reached out to firefighters for help.

Upon arrival, firefighters assessed the situation, ensuring the boy's breathing was unimpeded and his consciousness clear. With safety as the top priority, firefighters swiftly utilized manual cutting pliers to sever the U-shaped lock, freeing the boy's head in less than 3 minutes.

Despite the initial fright, the boy emerged from the ordeal with only minor distress, thanks to the timely intervention of the firefighters.
