An iconic tower known as No. 1 The Thames was seen flying a St. George's Day flag off Kent, UK this afternoon (April 24).
The imposing fortification called Grain Tower is a mid-19th century gun tower situation at the mouth of the River Medway between the Isle of Grain and Sheerness.
It's not known who mounted the flag pole and flag on the structure which is only accessible by causeway at low tide.
