A brawl broke out between two couples at the 8848 Viewing Platform, home to the Everest Elevation Measurement Monument, over a dispute concerning a photo-taking spot on June 25.

Eyewitnesses described the scene: both groups converged at the platform, eager to capture their memories. However, disagreements over positioning and angles quickly escalated. The rising tensions led to a physical confrontation as neither side managed to keep their composure.

Fortunately, officers from the Everest Border Police Camp, conducting video patrols, noticed the commotion. They swiftly arrived at the scene, intervening to halt the fight and prevent further escalation.

The involved parties were taken into custody for further investigation. Authorities are handling the case according to legal procedures and will provide updates to the public in due course.

幸运的是，珠峰边境派出所大本营警务室的民警在对景区进行视频巡逻时，及时发现了这一情况。民警们迅速赶赴现场，果断制止了打架行为，避免了事态的进一步恶化。

随后，涉事人员被民警依法带离现场，以进行进一步的调查工作。目前，案件正在依法办理当中，并会及时向公众通报后续情况。
