USA: Vehicle Hits Hydrant Flips Over Floods Garage in Topanga

07/13/2024 02:07 am (GMT-0700) | TOPANGA, Calif. – The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to 1178 Topanga Canyon Blvd. for a reported vehicle that struck a fire hydrant, landing in a homeowner's front yard and causing water to flood a garage. One person was transported in unknown condition to a local hospital. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is handling the investigation. It is unknown how much damage was caused by the flooding.
