Hundreds enjoyed the world's largest hotpot in southern China.

The impressive video was filmed in Meishan City in Sichuan Province on July 21.

The Shentang Hotpot Base Festival unveiled the "world's largest hotpot," measuring an impressive 13.8 metres in diameter and 3.2 metres in height. Covering 149 square metres, this colossal hotpot can seat 138 people simultaneously.

Attendees, numbering in the thousands, enjoyed the spectacle and free tastings. The enormous pot, which took eight days to construct, used nearly two tonnes of base ingredients alone.

7月21日，四川眉山，在申唐火锅底料节上出现了“全球第一大火锅”，这口火锅直径13.8米，高度3.2米，面积149平方米，可以容纳138人同时就餐，众人围在火锅旁一起吃饭，参加该火锅节的上千人均可免费品尝，场面非常壮观。据承办方介绍，搭建这个锅台用了8天，请大家吃一次这样的火锅，光底料就用了近2吨。
