This is the moment a young child falls out of a moving car going around a corner on a busy street in China with the motorist behind luckily noticing him and stopping before running him over.

The incident took place in Chaozhou, in Guangdong province, on Friday, July 19, with the footage showing vehicles turning the corner when, all of a sudden, a car door opened, and the little lad fell onto the road.

Visibly hurt, he immediately begins to cry, with the motorist behind, stopping and rushing over to check on him.

He helps him to his feet and patiently waits before the boy's mother appears on the scene as the footage ends.

Local media reported that the back door of the cart may have been unlocked at the time.

The child was not injured in the incident, according to local media reports.
