STORYLINE:

A delegation of Pakistani journalists has just concluded a week-long visit to several Chinese cities, including Beijing, Shenzhen, and Zhongshan. 

The visit offered the journalists a first-hand look at China's development.

During their journey from Shenzhen to Zhongshan, the delegation was particularly impressed by China's Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, a major cross-sea passage.

"Actually, since we landed in China, I have seen many miracles. The first miracle that we saw in China was Shenzhen City that was developed in 45 years. The second miracle we found then, that's Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link. That's a huge project and that's wonderful. The quality of work is very excellent."

"You know the bridge was one of the tremendous items that I saw. I was in New York for two years. I've visited the Golden Gate Bridge. But you have the bridge 24 kilometers long. And I really appreciated it the whole time. I made some videos of that bridge."

In Zhongshan, the delegation also visited Guzhen Town, a major hub for light production in China.

"The town is renowned for (being) 'the city of light' in China. And I was surprised that 70 percent of China's light manufacturing is actually happening in this town as well. And while visiting this mall, this is very astonishing."

During the visit, the Pakistani delegation also engaged in communication activities with their Chinese counterparts.
