USA: Lincoln Heights Shooting Victim

08/12/2024 01:50 am (GMT-0700) | LINCOLN HEIGHTS, LOS ANGELES – LAPD Hollenbeck Division units responded to the area of Avenue 23 and Humboldt Street for reports of a shooting victim.
When officers arrived on scene, they located a male down in the street.
The victim was transported in unknown condition by LAFD. The LAPD later reported the victim to be in stable condition.
According to a spokesperson for the LAPD, initial information indicates that a 39-year-old male was approached by another male, 40-45 years old, who produced a handgun and shot the victim. The suspect fled on foot.
At this time, there is no further information.
