Intricate origami dragon impresses in China
On August 26, 2024, in Hangzhou, a city in Zhejiang Province in eastern China, a video showcased a man's impressive handmade dragon sculpture.
The dragon was constructed entirely from small origami pieces of various colors, each roughly triangular in shape.
The intricately folded pieces were skillfully assembled to create a dragon with long, flowing whiskers, yellow horns, and powerful claws. The overall appearance of the dragon was incredibly lifelike and majestic, capturing the essence of a traditional Chinese dragon.
The filmer, Mr. He, introduced himself as an origami enthusiast since he was a child, and has been sticking to his childhood dream for 18 years now.
