Pet squirrel annoys cat by climbing on its head
This is the amusing moment a pet squirrel annoyed a cat by climbing on its head.
Suparat Supasuthakul spotted Hang Gon, the six-month-old male Indochinese ground squirrel, on the back of Hang Jud, the six-year-old tabby male feline, in Bangkok, Thailand, on July 9.
Footage shows the energetic rodent climbing towards the neck of the motionless furry creature who was sitting on a table.
The pet owner said: 'Hang Gon has always been trying to annoy our cat, but as you can see, he doesn't care at all.'
The Indochinese ground squirrel is a social animal that often lives in groups. Having an animal companion would greatly help prevent this type of squirrel from experiencing loneliness and stress.
