Recently in Foshan, Guangdong, an 8-year-old boy faced a devastating loss when his mother sadly passed away due to illness. This tragedy has left the boy deeply heartbroken, and he frequently finds himself overwhelmed with thoughts of his mother.

On September 12, after returning home from school, the boy instinctively called out for his "Mom," only to be met with silence. Confronted with the empty room and his mother's portrait on the wall, he couldn't hold back his grief, crying out for her again and again. The scene was heartbreaking.

The boy's father, Mr. Zeng, shared that his wife was diagnosed in 2021 with EB virus-associated hemophagocytic syndrome. Despite three years of battling the illness, she ultimately lost her fight and passed away on September 5. Her sudden death has been a heavy blow to their 8-year-old son.

Mr. Zeng expressed his determination to shower his son with even more love and support in the future, hoping that he will be able to recover from the shadow of losing his mother.
