The patient, dealing with a serious illness, sought help but was met with an outburst from the pharmacist, who was overwhelmed by the pressures of her job.

The situation escalated when the pharmacist refused assistance from her technicians and informed the patient that her medication was either not due or that she already had it at home. While this information was valid, the manner in which it was delivered added to the patient’s distress. Both individuals appeared to be struggling: the pharmacist under significant workplace stress and the patient grappling with her health condition.

This mught not be the correct information but after posting I found out she has autism. I feel bad for the pharmacist if she is indeed autistic. But the question is why a person with such mental capacity was exposed to extreme stress and also to vulnerable patients.
