Man in Chinese zoo discovers panda-like dog mistaken for panda
On October 3, 2024, in Zibo, Shandong province, eastern China, a man visiting the city’s zoo was amused to find what appeared to be a panda.
Upon closer inspection, he realized it was actually a dog resembling a panda, known as a panda dog.
Chinese netizens found the situation hilarious, commenting, “The sign even says, ‘I’m not a panda, don’t be fooled, I’m a dog.’” The playful mix-up between the panda-like dog and the real thing added a humorous touch to the zoo visit.
