US, Los Angeles: Lake Elsinore Deputy Involved Crash With Injuries
Los Angeles, United States - October 28, 2024
10/28/2024 12:00 am (GMT-0700) | Lake Elsinore – At approximately 12:00 a.m., Riverside County Fire Department was dispatched to the intersection of Riverside Drive and Joy Street in the city of Lake Elsinore for a traffic collision with injuries.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a two-vehicle collision involving a black sedan and a Riverside Sheriff's patrol vehicle. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the black sedan, Marcos Chaparro, was arrested and charged with DUI 0.08 alcohol with injury and DUI alcohol causing bodily injury.
California Highway Patrol Border Division will be handling the investigation into the crash.
