Los Angeles, United States - July 26, 2025 07/26/2025 03:18 am GMT-0700 SILVER LAKE, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles police and fire departments responded early Saturday morning to reports of a vehicle versus pedestrian incident in the Silver Lake neighborhood. The incident occurred around 3:18 a.m. at the intersection of Berkeley Avenue and North Occidental Boulevard, near the block of 1500 North Silver Lake Boulevard. A pedestrian was struck by an SUV and transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. Due to the nature of the injuries sustained, the LAPD Central Traffic Division will investigate the crash as a possible fatality. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with officers.
