The five days long special Sadhana of 16 Arahants, Dharma Protector Mahakali and the aspiration prayers for the well-being of all sentient beings and for peace and prosperity throughout the world, under the sacred Bodhi Tree at Mahabodhi Mahavihara Temple, Bodhgaya, Bihar India, began today morning on 18th November 2024.
The Sadhana is presiding over by former Getshog Lopen of Thimphu Duthrue (Crematorium) Venerable Kinzang Wangdi and Khen Rinpoche Tshokey Dorjee, the Chief Abbot of Druk Ngawang Thubten Choling, Shabdrung Monastery, Bodhgaya Bihar India. The five days long Sadhana will end on 22/11/2024, on the auspicious Descending Day of Lord Buddha (Lhabab Duechen) from the Tushita Heaven after teaching his mother for three months in the Gods realm.
The prayer ceremony is organise by the devotees from Bhutan and particularly dedicated for the long life and good health of Their Majesties, His Holiness the Je Khenpo, Royal Families and for our country and its people.
May peace and prosperity prevail on earth for eons to come.
