This is the amusing moment tuk tuks raced on a dirt track in Cambodia.

Dozens of auto rickshaws competed in an annual three-wheeler race tournament in Siem Reap on November 10.

Footage shows the vehicles manoeuvring through the muddy terrain.

The filmer said: 'The organisers opened the race before the water festival. It was a fun race.'

Tuk tuk racing tournaments take place in Sri Lanka and Cambodia, where participants compete for the Tri-Wheel Trophy while exploring ancient lands, searching for hidden locations, and hunting for lost treasures.

The first-ever rickshaw run was held in December 2006 in India.

Tuk tuks can be traced back to the 1930s in Japan and have since spread to other countries in Southeast Asia and even some parts of Europe.
