Driver rescues kitten heard crying inside her car engine
This is the heartwarming moment a driver rescued a kitten that had been crying inside her car engine.
The car owner discovered a note on her windshield about a cat stranded in the grey sedan, prompting her to immediately check the vehicle in Bangkok, Thailand.
The message read: 'Before I left, I heard the sound of a kitten coming from your car engine bay. Please take a look. It was crying very loudly.'
She then opened the hood, shining a flashlight inside, and eventually spotted the orange cat.
Fearing it might scratch or bite her, she asked bystanders to help retrieve the animal.
Footage shows one of the men calling to the visibly terrified cat on July 8.
Moments later, he managed to pull the kitten out and handed it to the woman.
The car owner said: 'The cat was unharmed. I decided to adopt the orange kitten and named it Hong Krueng, which means ‘engine bay.''
